Below is a link to the Special Study as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for the East End Regionalization Project (Plan). This Plan proposes demolition of the existing Potts Grove Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and installation of a pump station to pump Potts Grove flow to the existing MRSA WWTP. Additionally, the Plan proposes gravity connection for residential homes within the Mahoning Manor and Boiardi Lane/Pleasant Valley Village areas of Turbot Township.
